Married to Carolyn for the best 30 years of my life.

Three biological daughters: Courtney is married to Mike True and they have three kiddos: Timothy, Matthew, and Kalli. They live in Vancouver, WA at Fort Vancouver Cari and Courtney are twins. Cari lives in Prineville, OR and she has our grand-dog Sage. Cristy is married to Ben Jolliff and they live in Keizer, OR.

Two adopted daughters: Shae is five and is in Kindergarten and Emma is almost one, both still single.

I love to see people living well for God. To me that means they are serving, growing, and glorifying God with their lives. They steer themselves and their families away from sin and temptation and toward the path God has for them.

When they do fall or get weak, they turn to God and Christian friends for direction and encouragement. God is glorified by the daily lives of Rock solid, steady, dependable Christians.

We are never too young or too old to turn our lives to live well for God, and He always gladly accepts us where we are, but He loves us too much to just leave us that way.

I really get charged by Philippians 2:1-11. This tells us how we should live, how we should treat each other, and who our true role model is, Jesus!

The end of the section lets me know without doubt that God is in control and that in that great Someday all things will be set right and Christ will rule. We know the end of history! Jesus wins!!

I love woodworking, hunting, camping. Almost anything like that outdoors and the more remote the better. I hope I get to have a huge ranch and lots of horses in heaven!

The greatest honor (after being a child of God and a Dad) I have ever known has been to be an Elder at Clear Creek.
